Please note it is mandatory that the below information is reflecting on all manifests for cargo entering Ghana:

- Tax Identification Numbers ( TIN ): Tax invoices will not be generated without this information.

- Email Addresses and Contract Numbers: without this, no pre-alert and arrival notices will be sent.

These are the requirements set by the Ghana Revenue Authority ( GRA ).
