Over the last few years, Thrutainers International has run an initiative called "Remember the Reason." This program is aimed at increasing personal growth, industry knowledge and team building. 

Managers around the country had an opportunity to address and coach the teams on a variety of topics including leadership ideas, customer service, supply chain as well as HR related topics like EQ in the workplace.
