The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy has announced that diesel prices will increase for the month of August. This follows global supply shortages, higher oil prices as well as a weaker Rand / Dollar exchange rate. 

In light of this, Thrutainers International has amended the Fuel Surcharge (FSC) from 37.07% to 40.65% and Merchant Haulage increases to R25 w/m.

The new rates will be effective 5th August.
